If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Genuine Athletics website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Genuine Athletics website;

Genuine Athletics has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Genuine Athletics of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Genuine Athletics may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vancouver, BC and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that province or country.
Your privacy is important to us.
We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
We will collect and use personal information solely for fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other ancillary purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
We will protect personal information by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.
All of our products are under a 14-day warranty which begins once your package is delivered to you! Anything beyond the 14 days will be considered wear and tear, and not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement. Please be advised that duties may or may not apply in your region. Refund/Exchange Policy - Return Policy - Please read our policy below carefully for any discretions on return items.
Exchange/Refund Policy (Warranty Policy)
We gladly accept returns for refunds/exchanges within 14 days from when your order was delivered to you!
If 14 days have gone by from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.
If you believe your item is faulty for any reason please email us directly.
Please note that your return must be sent back to us within the 14 days, but it does not have to reach us in the 30 day window. We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
If you return an item, the original shipping cost is not refunded. We do not offer refunds due to misconception regarding duties, fee’s or taxes. Once your return reaches our facility it may take 3-5 business days for your return to be processed during a normal business wave, if it is during a launch period for us please allow 5-7 business days for the team to process your return accordingly. If your return passes inspection, then your refund/exchange will be issued. For refunds, the returned item(s) cost will automatically be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process back into your bank account. For exchange requests, we will fulfill it if stock is available and you will receive a confirmation email for the exchange order. If you request an exchange and stock is unavailable for your request a refund will be issued. We do not ship returned items back to customers if exchange requests cannot be fulfilled. Exchange requests can only be made for the same product being returned in either a different color-way or size. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days of you being notified via email.
Items being returned must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer. Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial. Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, or have deodorant markings or other stains will NOT be accepted. We cannot accept any underwear or socks for hygiene reasons. Whether worn or unworn any undergarments are final sale products and cannot be returned (includes both exchanges and refunds). Some of our items do not come with tags so please do not be alarmed, however, if tags were attached when you received the item please keep them attached.
We do not accept returns for items that are on sale or discounted.
This includes both returning items for an exchange or returning items for a refund.
We do not price match for items that may be discounted at any time.
International & Late Returns
International returns are welcome; however, we suggest emailing us directly first. This will make your return process with us easier once we receive it!

Late or missing refunds - Packages will be processed on a first-come basis. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for our customer service team to process your refund once your return package reaches our facility. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (5-7 business days after being issued by us). Next, contact your bank.
