Our facility was designed with athletic development in mind. Fully equipped with 10 Squat Stations, 750sqft of athletic pro style turf, 3 sleds and a plethora of other performance equipment. We offer sport specific strength and conditioning training for teams of up to 24 participants at one time. All of our strength and conditioning coaches have collegiate or professional athletic backgrounds and understand what it takes. tobe successful. Regularly communicating with the organizations coaches to best adjust our programming to best suit the needs of each individual player as well as the team as a whole. Our mission is to safely and effectively develop the best athletes possible, raising the industry standard in our province and country.
