With an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University and multiple certifications through ISSA as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Group Fitness Instructor, I combine evidence-based training with practical coaching experience. Over the past four years, I’ve worked with clients of all fitness levels, helping them build strength, improve movement quality, and achieve sustainable results.
My athletic background includes being selected in the OHL draft and competing in AAA hockey for over 10 years, while also participating in rep soccer, football, and track and field. These experiences shaped my passion for performance training and helped provide valuable insight into the physical demands of sport and exercise. Whether you’re looking to improve athletic performance, develop strength and conditioning, or enhance balance for everyday life, my coaching style can help you perform at your best and get you to the next level of fitness. Outside the gym, you’ll find me hiking, camping, walking my dog, and playing recreational sports, continuing my passion for an active lifestyle.
