Brittany Wade

Brittany graduated from the University of Ottawa with an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics
followed by a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.
She considers communication the key to understanding her client’s goals for treatment and
incorporates individual lifestyles and evidenced-based practice to optimize her treatment plans.
Her practice skills include manual therapy, exercise prescription, functional dry needling, and
most importantly, patient education.
Brittany believes that learning never stops, and is always planning the next steps in her
continuing education. Her true passion is pelvic health physiotherapy and she treats a variety of
pelvic conditions including incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, pre and post prostatectomy,
pregnancy related pelvic floor issues, pelvic organ prolapses and abdominal concerns. She is
very passionate about rehabilitation and strives to deliver the best client care for every
individual she works with.
Brittany loves the outdoors and travelling, but most of all spending time with her son. When
she is not in the clinic you will find her enjoying the outdoors, running, weight training and
appreciating time with friends and family.
