Dr. Lauren Rea, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with a clinical focus on sports medicine and regenerative injection therapies. As a former varsity soccer player with a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology, she brings a unique athlete-to-practitioner perspective to musculoskeletal care. Her clinical practice focuses on ultrasound-guided regenerative injection therapies and complex chronic disease management, serving active individuals and athletes who demand evidence-based solutions to optimize performance and recovery.

Education and Credentials: Dr. Lauren completed her naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in an accelerated 3.5-year program, graduating in June 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology with an exercise science concentration, where her coursework and competitive athletic experience provided foundational knowledge in movement science, biomechanics, and human performance. During her clinical training, she completed rotations at Boucher Clinic, Vancouver Friends for Life, and the Family Naturopathic Clinic on Vancouver Island, as well as an externship with Dr. Jessica Hobson at Integrated Health Clinic, where she received advanced mentorship in regenerative injection techniques and case management.
