Jade Davies
Kinesiologist & Personal Trainer

Jade Davies is a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer with over three years of full-time experience helping clients improve their strength, mobility, function, and overall confidence with exercise. She holds a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science from the University of the Fraser Valley.
Prior to beginning her professional career, Jade gained hands-on experience as a student trainer with the UFV women’s volleyball team, working alongside the athletic therapy department to assist with injury assessment and rehabilitation. This experience exposed her to a variety of athletic injuries, including ACL injuries, ankle sprains, and concussions, and helped shape her understanding of both the physical and psychological components of recovery.
Over the past three years working as a Kinesiologist, Jade has continued to develop her skills in exercise prescription, injury rehabilitation, strength training, and movement-based care. She enjoys helping clients bridge the gap between rehabilitation and long-term fitness, with an emphasis on building strength, confidence, and sustainable exercise habits.
A lifelong athlete, Jade has participated in soccer, basketball, track, and volleyball and has been dedicated to strength training since 2014. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and yoga, with a personal focus on building strength, muscle, and mobility.
Jade believes exercise should be approachable, adaptable, and enjoyable. Whether helping someone return to activity following an injury, improve their strength and mobility, pursue an athletic goal, or simply feel more capable in everyday life, she strives to create a supportive environment where clients can develop a positive and sustainable relationship with movement.
Jade is excited to bring her experience to Genuine Athletics & Rehabilitation and work alongside our multidisciplinary team to help clients move, feel, and perform at their best.
