As a UBC graduate with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and certified personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping people take control of their health in a way that feels both empowering and enjoyable. I believe fitness shouldn’t feel like a punishment or a chore—it should enhance your life, not take away from it. My goal is to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to build a strong foundation that lasts, so you don’t fall back into old habits but instead create a lifestyle you truly love.


My journey in fitness has been shaped by both education and experience. Completing my first half marathon in the fall deepened my love for running and reinforced my belief that movement is about more than just aesthetics—it’s about feeling strong, capable, and in control. Over the years, I’ve also become passionate about breaking free from the harmful effects of diet culture and helping others build a healthy, sustainable relationship with food and exercise. This even led me to start a fundraiser to support those struggling with these challenges.


I take a personalized approach to training, focusing on what works best for each individual. By combining my knowledge, experience, and a genuine care for my clients, I aim to make fitness something you look forward to—not something you have to force yourself through. No matter where you’re starting from, I’m here to support you in reaching your goals and building a healthier, stronger, and happier version of yourself.
