She spent several years working in hospital settings in Lethbridge, including medical imaging and day procedures at Chinook Regional Hospital, where she developed extensive experience with patient registration, medical scheduling, appointment coordination, and supporting patients throughout their care.

Malena is known for her friendly and welcoming approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay organized in a busy healthcare environment. She understands the importance of creating a positive first impression and strives to make every patient feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk through the door.
