I am a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer with over 5 years of experience. I take a prehab approach to strength and conditioning by ensuring the foundations and fundamentals of correct lifting mechanics are established before making progressions.

I help clients address and knock down barriers by creating well rounded, individualized fitness programs to maximize results. My current training regime is directly related to my goals, as they change throughout the year, which is also the approach I take with clients.

Currently I am training more athletically to help with the summer sports I engage in, such as tennis, spikeball and golf. I am also FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy) certified practitioner, which helps clients recover from injuries, dealing with chronic pain and performing better.
