📊 Performance & Body Composition Testing

Participants receive:
- VALD performance testing before and after the program to assess strength, imbalances, asymmetries, and capacity
- Bi-weekly InBody scans for consistent body composition tracking
- Front-of-house accountability calendar to build fun in-house competition and report

Program Details
- The CHALLENGE officially starts Monday March 30th
- Access to up to 4 group classes per week with flexible scheduling.
- Morning Group Class Schedule
- Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 9am
- Tuesdays/Thursdays 6am
- Saturdays 8am & 10am - Night Group Class Schedule
Weekdays 5:30pm - Unlimited access to our 8000+ sqft private gym to train on your own time or perform extra cardio. Programming for all group classes and independent workouts is visible within our mobile app.

The grand prize is a 2-night stay at Alpine Meadows Resort in Clearwater, BC!
Investment Options for Group Classes
- Executive Package $750 - includes 12 weeks of group classes, private gym membership, access to our mobile app, nutritional guidance, regular InBody scans and VALD performance testing, a Genuine x lululemon T-shirt, and entry into our grand prize draw.
- "Afraid of Commitment" Package $450 - includes 6 weeks of group classes, private gym membership, access to our mobile app, nutritional guidance, 2 performance and body composition tests, and a Genuine x lululemon T-shirt. Starting March 30th or May 11th, 2026.
- *Optional* Gold Upgrade - additional $1250 - includes everything from the executive package, as well as 84 total meals (1 per day/ 7 per week) delivered to your door in weekly increments from The Whole Bowl and a $200 credit to Popeyes Supplements at a 15% discount from both partners. Payment plans are available for our upgrade options.
- *Optional* Platinum Upgrade - additional $3400 - includes everything from the executive package, as well as 252 meals (3 per day/ 21 per week) delivered to your door in weekly increments from The Whole Bowl and a $350 credit to Popeyes Supplements at a 15% discount from both partners. Payment plans are available for our upgrade options.
- On April 18th (Saturday) we will be hosting both group classes outdoors at South Surrey Athletic Park for our kickoff event and BBQ! Friends and family of the challenge participants are welcome!
