Although many gyms allow youth and teens to work out on their own, without proper guidance they may wind up feeling lost, discouraged or getting injured. Our mission is to change the way youth and parents alike view weightlifting and exercise by teaching them how to strength train safely and effectively in a way they personally enjoy. By doing this, we prevent injury and improve the overall effectiveness of exercise leading to higher levels of motivation and adherence. Transferring into better sleep, better mental health and better performance in the classroom.

Not everyone has the desire to play on a sports team. Genuine Athletics Semi-Private Youth Fitness Summer Program was designed to give your child the self confidence to thrive independently. While learning how to break outside their comfort zone, bond with like minded individuals and recognize the benefits of team work.
SEMI-PRIVATE YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM BREAKDOWN
- Welcoming ages 12 – 17
- Limited space available (maximum 30 participants per month)
- Become part of our TEAM and our supportive community.
- Your child will gain the knowledge and confidnce they need to train safely and effectively on their own for years to come.
- Entry into our 8000 sqft fully equipped private training studio.
- Access to our mobile app with 8 different training programs to choose from with video tutorials for every exercise and the ability to track and analyze your progress in real time.
- Hands on guidance of an elite strength coach who will teach you how to exercise safely and effectively in a way that you enjoy.
- Learn how to use machines, free weights and navigate around the gym.

Program Schedule
– Onboarding July 1st or 2nd & August 1st or 2nd
– Optional Group Class 12:00pm-1:00pm Monday – Friday
– Train anytime Monday – Friday from 12:00pm – 4:00pm under the supervision of our expert personal trainers using any of our pre-designed programs

- 1 month training 1-3X week – $229 (EARLY BIRD $209)
- 1 month training 1-5X week – $269 (EARLY BIRD $239)
- 2 months training 1-3X week – $398 ($199 per month) (EARLY BIRD $348)
