With over 8,000 square feet of dedicated training and rehabilitation space, Genuine Athletics & Rehabilitation was built to support long-term athletic development, performance, and team success. Our facility features 10 squat stations, more than 750 square feet of turf, sleds, plyometric and speed training equipment, and industry-leading performance testing technology, providing athletes with everything they need to train, recover, and perform at their highest level.

We offer customized strength and conditioning programs for teams of up to 24 athletes at a time, with training designed to improve strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, conditioning, and injury resilience. Our coaches come from competitive athletic backgrounds and understand the physical and mental demands required to succeed in sport. Through collaboration with athletes, coaches, parents, and healthcare professionals, we create training programs that support both individual development and team performance.

Too often, athletes complete physiotherapy, are told they are "cleared" to return to sport, and are left without a structured plan to rebuild strength, power, speed, confidence, and sport-specific performance.

We work with athletes of all ages and skill levels, from youth athletes learning foundational movement skills to competitive club, high school, collegiate, and elite athletes. Our team training programs have supported athletes from a wide variety of sports, including hockey, baseball, softball, soccer, football, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, and more. 

 

How much does team strength and conditioning cost? 

Team training rates typically range from $150–$300 per session, depending on the number of athletes participating, session frequency, and the overall commitment of the organization. We offer customized team training solutions and would be happy to provide a quote based on your team's specific needs.

 

How many athletes can participate in a team training session?

Our facility can comfortably accommodate teams of 2 up to 24 athletes at a time. Depending on the size of your roster and training goals, we can also create multiple training groups or customized schedules to ensure every athlete receives quality coaching and attention. 

 

Can team training be customized for our sport and season? 

Absolutely. Every team training program is tailored to the sport, age group, competitive level, and time of year. Whether your team is preparing for the upcoming season, competing in-season, or developing during the off-season, we build programs that align with your performance goals.
