 Our versatile and engaging group class program is the closest thing possible to personal training in a group setting! With comprehensive technique cues and adjustments made by our expert coaching staff. Our 8000sqft private training facility is fully loaded with top of the line equipment accompanied by world class coaches who are focused on making fitness the best hour of your day. Our class structure is the perfect harmony of strength, conditioning and recovery working every muscle in your body in a safe and supportive group environment.

HYBRID S&C GROUP CLASS

The perfect storm of strength and conditioning. Be prepared to sweat as you let it all go during this 60-minute high-intensity workout. You will learn advanced techniques to improve performance and reduce risk of injury as your guided through a full body circuit that will target any missing links in your current training regiment. With structured workouts scaled to meet your individual experience levels in group setting. Leaving you feeling accomplished and ready to take on the world. Perfect for those looking to improve their endurance and body composition.

STRENGTH CAMP GROUP CLASS

This barbell focused group fitness class IS unlike anything else on the market. Diving deep into proper technique for all major compound movements. Perfect for beginner and advanced lifters looking to learn and build strength that transfers to all aspects of life, sport and exercise. Our Strength Camp programs involve exercises such as Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Cleans, Hip Thrust and more under the supervision of our team of elite personal trainers who each have competative backgrounds in Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman.

CARDIO KICKBOXING GROUP CLASS

Our cardio kickboxing class is the perfect compliment to any fitness enthuiests routine. Learn new skills, get your sweat on and have fun with our 7 different MMA bags and various other circuit stations. We sugggest bringing your own hand wraps and gloves for sanitary reasons but we do have complimentary sets that you can borrow if necessary.

All the coaches here are so knowledgable. They teach you technique in the first 30 mins of the group classes which I have never experienced before. You will actually learn things that will make you feel comfortable working out by yourself. The environment of the gym is really friendly.
